Responsibilities:

• Drive the swift execution of pivotal technology initiatives in alignment with CTO priorities.
• Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams.
• Expedite the integration of AI across the organization and drive innovation initiatives.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, including resolving team obstacles, managing dependencies, and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Foster alignment among stakeholders and uphold efficient execution practices in a dynamic environment.
• Contribute to cultivating a high-ownership, innovation-centric engineering culture.

Requirements:

• Profile/background

  • Possess 6–10 years of experience in technical project/program management or engineering roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a hands-on grasp of software development principles.
  • Previous experience in dynamic technology, fintech, AI, or cryptocurrency environments is advantageous.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong emphasis on ownership and execution.
  • Capable of collaborating with senior leadership and performing effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
