Description

The Finance and Accounting (F&A) team at our company encompasses a range of functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collaboratively, the team focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple project scopes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash forecasting and global cash management, incorporating short-term funding strategies and foreign exchange execution
  • Reconcile daily settlement bank movements
  • Liaise with banks for setup and ongoing relationship management
  • Aid in designing automated systems and processes to support fiat and digital assets processes
  • Execute FX transactions to manage market risks
  • Conduct liquidity forecasts and monitor liquidity consistently
  • Collaborate with product and finance teams to refine funding processes
  • Integrate risk and control processes into daily activities to manage and mitigate risks appropriately

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of Treasury experience is advantageous; fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficiency in Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, self-motivated and capable of working effectively under pressure
  • Strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for identifying issues and offering solutions in complex situations
  • Familiarity with digital assets is a plus
