DFINITY Foundation is on the lookout for a skilled and innovative UX/IxD Lead to oversee design strategies for Dfinity's diverse product line. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing user experiences for various dapps developed and maintained by Dfinity, including management dapps, crypto wallets, and identity products. This role entails collaborating with the R&D and Product teams to enhance the product experience as well as integrate UX research and user testing into the development process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in leading design projects from inception to launch, particularly within crypto or Web3 environments.
- Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Responsibilities:
