Responsibilities
As a member of our research team, your main responsibility will be to support researchers in conducting impactful work. This includes building and managing user panels and programs, finding international translation solutions, and developing scalable models. You will report to the Head of Research and collaborate closely with other researchers. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing operational and strategic aspects of the research team, managing workflow systems, improving recruitment resources, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize the processes that support research growth, including research panels, data governance, tool and vendor management, recruitment, and knowledge management.
- Create and maintain the user panel, recruitment system, and strategy to ensure efficiency, compliance, and an enjoyable experience for participants and researchers.
- Manage the community research panels, including recruitment, incentive strategies, program indicators, and best practices.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to meet research team needs and ensure compliance with procurement, legal, security, and privacy requirements.
- Work with research leads to identify new tools and improve work processes.
- Develop and document processes, best practices, and templates for consistent and efficient workflow.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experience in building and scaling research processes and panels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams.
- Working knowledge of various research methodologies and recruitment approaches.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience leading research studies.
- Experience building research panels or customer service communities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Knowledge and interest in the blockchain and fintech industry.
- Ability to write in professional English. Mandarin language skills are a plus.
