Description
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our expanding VIP Account Management team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and results-driven, responsible for managing a group of valued customers for our Main App. Your primary objective will be to provide top-tier service to enhance client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth. Building strong, trustworthy relationships with key customers and assisting them in accessing more value through customized support, insights, and product involvement will be a key aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee and nurture a group of high-value traders, serving as the main liaison and supporter for each customer.
- Offer personalized support and advice, including proactive engagement and prompt responses to client requirements.
- Supply tailored insights, market information, and platform recommendations to boost involvement and reinforce client loyalty.
Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Recognize and act on potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities that match client needs and habits.
- Monitor client activity and assets under management (AUM) to identify areas for growth and risks to retention.
- Encourage product usage and trade frequency by highlighting relevant tools and features.
Client Strategy & Collaboration:
- Monitor client satisfaction via Net Promoter Score (NPS) and feedback mechanisms to enhance service delivery continually.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and champion the customer internally.
- Assist in expanding the business through referrals, networking, and fostering deep relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer-facing roles like account management, sales, or customer success, particularly within crypto, fintech, trading, or financial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-value clients with outstanding service standards.
- Profound knowledge of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or strong willingness to learn rapidly).
- Proficiency in one or more languages relevant to the regional market with strong cultural awareness.
- Strong organizational skills, data-driven mindset, and focus on performance.
- Effective communicator and trusted consultant with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and compliance-focused environment.
