The team at Gulf Binance is seeking a diligent VIP & Partnership Lead to oversee the VIP client segment of the company. The primary responsibilities include enhancing the VIP product offering and user experience, managing VIP and high-value customers, cultivating partnerships to enhance user acquisition, and raising awareness of the Gulf Binance platform. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful execution of all initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and address the needs of VIP users, gathering insights to improve user experience
- Develop and implement end-to-end user experience strategies for VIP customers
- Drive product roadmap enhancements to cater to VIP clientele
- Execute user acquisition and retention strategies for VIP segment
- Facilitate the sourcing and management of partnerships to boost user activity on the platform
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development roles
- Proficient knowledge of financial products
- Experience in relationship management/VIP management is an advantage
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, with the ability to devise and execute strategies effectively
