VIP Sales Manager
The role in institutional sales team offers a chance for you to develop and manage your institutional/high net worth clientele. You will be on an exciting journey handling the process from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to creating unique crypto products tailored to your clients' needs. If you are in our operations team, you will have a broad range of responsibilities collaborating with various stakeholders such as sales traders, account managers, and sales managers to support the growth of our expanding infrastructure.
As our VIP Sales Manager, you will be accountable for acquiring and engaging high-volume traders for the Crypto.com Exchange. This role blends elements of Business Development and Premium Client Services, requiring a results-oriented individual to address complex financial requirements and craft personalized rewards. You will guide VIP clients towards suitable products, participate in prominent industry events, and work closely with internal teams to refine offerings for sophisticated crypto users.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential VIP clients, particularly high-volume/advanced traders.
- Assist VIP clients in selecting suitable products and track OKRs and KPIs.
- Create innovative solutions and incentives tailored to high-value customers’ needs.
- Maintain continuous communication with VIP clients, gather feedback, and suggest product enhancements.
- Provide prompt and satisfactory customer service and resolve issues for VIPs, coordinating with internal teams.
- Attend conferences and community events to interact with potential VIP clients and enhance visibility.
Requirements:
- Strong network within high-net-worth/advanced crypto trading circles.
- 4+ years of experience selling premium financial/crypto products to sophisticated users and advanced traders.
- Proven track record in monetizing high-value client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability in initiating, managing, and monetizing client/partner relationships to drive business results.
- Excellent proficiency in written and oral English (and local language where required), with strong presentation and writing skills.
