Web3 Security Project Manager

This position provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital web3 wallet security project and oversee the entire security lifecycle from concept to implementation. Ideal candidates will have a background in web3 security research, product design, or operations for handling complex changes involving diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams as a key liaison for security matters.
• Manage internal and external security projects, identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with wallet team and security engineers to enhance web3 wallet security features.
• Research, compile, and structure web3 security functionalities, developing comprehensive project plans.
• Design, drive, and monitor the operational platform for web3 wallet security operations.
• Manage security incidents, lead security responses, and provide structural recommendations for security products.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Chinese and English for effective coordination with international partners.
• Experience in Agile project management and web3-related work.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Experience in project management and process design, with expertise in writing technical or process-based documents.
• Ability to drive projects independently, monitoring progress and facilitating team communication in dynamic environments.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management tools like Confluence and Jira, adept at creating and executing actionable project plans.
• Strong strategic planning skills to translate requirements into project strategies and allocate tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of web3 security products, preferably with experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Familiarity with web3 security principles related to phishing, scam prevention, contract auditing, etc.
