- As Ledger focuses on its key objectives for the future, we are seeking a Business Developer for the Consumer Sales Team. This role involves managing distributors and bringing onboard online-first retailers who later transition to physical stores. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of retail strategies, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth in both online and offline retail settings.
Responsibilities:
- Business Growth:
- Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability through both online and physical retail channels.
- Handle relationships with distributors, covering contract negotiations, terms, promotions, and product launches.
- Revenue Maximization:
- Collaborate with retailers to enhance content and visibility, thereby increasing conversion rates.
- Develop in-store launch plans based on ROI analysis as needed.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Obtain and analyze sales data from new retailers to ensure optimal stock levels necessary for online presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, product development, and supply chain to synchronize retail activities with overarching objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in online retail management, with exposure to physical retail environments. Background in international Consumer Electronics and/or e-commerce.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing retail channels and propelling revenue growth. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Attributes: Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. Flexible to changing dynamics in the blockchain industry.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, or Turkish is beneficial.
- Ideal candidates should have a keen interest in crypto and/or technology.
