Eligibility:

Suitable for candidates with up to five years of relevant work experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance systems to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Applying blockchain technology knowledge to provide development support for the Web3 Wallet DEX project.
• Collaborating effectively within the team to contribute to technical architectures and solutions, remaining informed about new technologies.
• Leading the integration of innovative technologies and problem-solving strategies within the team using a creative approach.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of Java development experience with strong computer science fundamentals.
• Proficiency in multi-threaded programming, JVM familiarity, knowledge of common distributed middleware, caching, and message queues, as well as expertise in MySQL performance optimization.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Cloud and prior experience in designing and stabilizing large-scale distributed systems is advantageous.
• Passion for technology, high standards for code quality, effective communication within the team, logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Understanding of blockchain technology; preference given to candidates with relevant project experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in DEX projects.
• Previous work as a Web3 Developer.
• Proficiency in Solidity and smart contract languages.
• Knowledge of algorithms and cryptography.
