Clone website (Cryptocurrency-rates converter) - PHP-HTML-JS

Iam looking for someone who can help me finish a html / php based project.
What i have:
The site itself incl. content, layout/css is done but me main functions of my currency converter isnt working.
What i need:
A cryptocurrency converter (6 currencies in total). The user chooses a currency that he would like to exchange into another, that he chose. the site now grabs (via webscraping or web-api) the values and shows them to the user minus a fee. So i now need a complete working clone of the original site/converter including page two (read below).
Example: User wants to exchange 1 ETH into USDT, the ETH is worth 100usd in this example and the converter subtracts 5% fees and show the user that he would receive 95 USDT.
The calculator appears two 2 times on the website so ctrl c+v is needed. I can also provide a semi profession example script for this process that chatgpt wrote for me.
The site also contains 2 input-boxes, the content of one of those and the exchanged crypto-value have to be forwarded to another page after a button was clicked (Pls use basic php Post-Get functions)
