Community Manager
We are looking for passionate Community Managers to help build, grow, and support the Cosmos I community across multiple social platforms.
You will be the bridge between our project and the public — helping onboard new users, answering questions, creating engagement, and representing Cosmos in a professional, friendly, and exciting way.
This is a great role for someone who loves crypto, knows social media, and enjoys talking to people online.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement
Welcome new members into the community (Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook groups, etc.)
Answer questions, create discussions, and keep the community active
Help educate users about Cosmos ecosystem tools, updates, and features
Content & Communication
Post updates, announcements, quizzes, polls, and engagement activities
Help create simple guides or repost official resources
Work with the team to ensure consistent messaging across platforms
Moderation & Support
Keep the community safe from spam/scams
Report issues, concerns, or user feedback to the leadership team
Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional environment
Growth-Focused Activities
Help run small campaigns, events, AMAs, and contests
Assist with onboarding partners, ambassadors, or creators
Suggest ideas to improve user activity and growth
Ideal Candidate
Based in the United States (preferred)
Must be active online and comfortable talking to people
Basic or moderate knowledge of crypto, blockchain, or the Cosmos ecosystem
Strong communication skills — friendly, respectful, and reliable
Experience managing communities is a plus but not required
Can work independently and meet simple weekly goals
