Description: I am looking for a talented Web3 developer for a long-term partnership. I have a constant flow of projects (2-3+ per week). I need someone who can deliver quality FAST.

The Task: Create high-quality, futuristic Web3 dApps and Landing pages similar to:
Requirements:
Speed: Delivery in 48-72 hours max.
Tech Stack: Next.js + Tailwind CSS + Framer Motion.
Visuals: MUST LOOK PREMIUM. I need expensive-looking UI: glassmorphism, neon effects, 3D elements (Spline/Three.js is a plus).
Functionality (Crucial): I do NOT need just a simple landing page. Each project requires interactive modules specific to its niche (AI, DePIN, Nodes, Privacy).
If it's an AI project: Build a working AI Chat Interface or Image Gen UI (API integrated).
If it's a DePIN project: Build an Interactive Node Map or Network Status Dashboard.
If it's a Trading tool: Build Live Data Charts and Analytics Terminals.
General: Terminals, Command Lines, Staking Interfaces. The UI must feel like a real, working app, not just a static picture.
