Job Title: Full-Stack Web3 Platform Developer

We are looking for an experienced developer to build a crypto-based referral/tree platform with automated payments, user dashboards, Telegram verification and a fully configurable Admin Panel.

Core System

Users register by making a configurable USDT entry deposit. Each user has an individual tree/network. The user appears at Level 1, while the inviter is Level 0. Level 2 has 2 positions, Level 3 has 4 positions, and the structure continues according to the configured matrix.

A configurable percentage of each user's deposit will be distributed to specific upper levels. Payment percentages and the levels receiving payments must be fully configurable from the Admin Panel.

Every user must have their own independent tree and be able to view their position, participants and lower levels through their dashboard.

Tree Completion

The maximum number of participants must be configurable. The default example is 126 people. Once the tree reaches its maximum capacity, it is marked as completed and no further earnings are generated from that tree.

After completing a tree, the user can create an additional tree by paying a configurable USDT amount. This new tree should appear separately in the user's account.

Admin Panel

The Admin Panel should control:

• Users and permissions
• Tree/matrix levels
• Payment percentages
• Maximum tree size
• Entry amounts
• User ranks and statuses
• Deposits and withdrawals
• Withdrawal commissions
• Crypto payment settings
• Transactions and logs
• Homepage/frontend content
• Advertising and banners
• General system settings

Deposits and withdrawals should be processed automatically according to the configured rules, with proper transaction records and security controls.

Telegram Verification

Users can optionally verify their accounts through Telegram. Successfully verified accounts should receive a visible verification badge/status.

Messaging & Profiles

Users should be able to message permitted users within their network, including lower-level users and designated upper-level users.

Ranks should automatically update as users complete stages. Rank, level and tree status should be visible on profiles and next to usernames where applicable.

Frontend & Advertising

The frontend should be easily customizable through the Admin Panel. Administrators must be able to change homepage sections, text, banners, advertisements and promotional content without major backend modifications.

Future Token

The platform should be designed to support a future fixed-supply cryptocurrency/token, potentially usable within the platform and other sectors. The architecture should therefore remain modular and expandable.

Security & Technical Requirements

The platform should include secure authentication, role-based admin access, encrypted sensitive data, transaction logs, wallet/payment security, duplicate-transaction protection, fraud prevention, backups, responsive design and a scalable API-based architecture.
