Junior Recruiter Position
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who is passionate about people, communication, and starting a career in talent acquisition. You will support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Support job posting creation and updates
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist senior recruiters with recruitment campaigns and hiring projects
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related field (internships accepted)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of hiring processes is a plus
Organized and detail-oriented mindset
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online tools
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms
Interest in HR, talent acquisition, or people operations
Basic understanding of tech or startup environments
