About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to bring clarity and structure to our key initiatives. This role will work across various departments to coordinate the execution of critical programs, including new product launches, integrations with partners, and global expansion efforts. This individual contributor role will evolve, providing opportunities to build and lead a broader project management function as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Manage cross-functional projects across our ecosystem, including product launches, partner integrations, and value-added services.
- Oversee integrations with partners and ensure seamless technical and operational alignment.
- Coordinate across product, business development, operations, compliance, and finance teams to align priorities and keep deliverables on track.
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking systems, and dashboards to ensure visibility for leadership and teams.
- Identify dependencies and risks early and drive resolution to maintain timelines and quality.
- Lead initiatives tied to strategic partnerships and network services, ensuring successful rollouts.
- Support global expansion projects by coordinating readiness across markets and products.
- Establish scalable frameworks and processes for efficient execution and consistent delivery.
- Contribute to the long-term development of our project management discipline, setting standards and best practices for future growth.
Who You Are
- 6–9 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within fintech, blockchain, or technology sectors.
- Proven success in delivering projects involving multiple partners and global teams.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, skilled at driving accountability across stakeholders.
- Strong communicator capable of providing clarity and momentum in dynamic environments.
- Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable with both planning frameworks and diving into execution details.
- Proficient in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Monday, etc.) and experienced in tracking and reporting progress.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.
