Senior Web3 Developer Needed to Enhance NFT Marketplace

We're looking for an experienced Web3 Full-Stack Developer to improve an existing open-source NFT Marketplace built with Solidity, Hardhat, Next.js, React, Ethers.js, and IPFS.
The project already includes the core marketplace functionality, but we're looking for someone who can transform it into a production-ready decentralized application.
Your responsibilities will include:
Improve smart contract architecture and optimize gas usage
Add advanced marketplace features
Enhance wallet connectivity and transaction UX
Improve frontend UI/UX and responsiveness
Optimize performance and loading speed
Fix bugs and security issues
Improve blockchain interactions and error handling
Add comprehensive testing for smart contracts
Integrate decentralized storage (IPFS/Pinata)
Improve project documentation
Prepare the application for deployment on Ethereum-compatible networks
