Role Overview:
We are seeking accomplished professionals to join Iron Key as Venture Partners. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with deep expertise in Web3, AI, or venture capital to contribute to our mission. Venture Partners are instrumental in driving our success through their insights, network, and contributions to deal flow and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
- Leverage your network to provide deal flow and build investor relationships.
- Contribute domain-specific expertise to the growth of portfolio companies.
- Act as a mentor to startups, providing guidance on strategy, growth, and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Web3, AI, venture capital, or as a startup founder.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating investments.
- Preferred: Established relationships with founders, investors, or industry leaders.
- Ability to make a small investment in the fund as a Limited Partner (LP).
- Experience with the practical application of Web3 or AI technologies.
