THE ROLE

Localcoin is currently seeking an Account Executive based in Sydney, Australia. The primary goal of this role is to cultivate and expand business relationships with existing and new clients, including both franchise and independent partners.

As an Account Executive at Localcoin, your responsibilities will include acquiring strategic retail locations to host Localcoin's Bitcoin Kiosks and other products. Additionally, you will be tasked with nurturing relationships with current retail partners and franchises, bolstering the Localcoin brand in Australia by securing new retail collaborations and increasing our market presence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Securing premium retail spaces for Localcoin products at retail and franchise sites across Australia
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process for product placement by collaborating with retailers, operations, and the marketing team
  • Prospecting leads through outreach to current partners, cold-calling, and field visits
  • Overseeing contract renewals with existing partners, including negotiations for optimal client retention
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring regular interactions to enhance satisfaction and competitiveness
  • Educating clients on the advantages of Localcoin products and services within retail locations
  • Providing top-notch support to retail partners, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally
  • Handling inquiries related to existing contracts with retail partners such as changes in ownership, terminal locations, or store renovations
  • Identifying opportunities to expand business with current partners by understanding their needs and proposing effective solutions
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure coordination of changes with retail partners/contracts in Localcoin's internal systems
  • Traveling to client locations for face-to-face meetings to understand client needs, address disputes, handle contract renewals, and conduct site audits
  • Staying informed about client trends and information, including organizational structures, decision-makers, financials, and competitors
  • Striving to meet monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, FreshDesk, or Hubspot
  • Outgoing and customer-centric approach with a dedication to ensuring a positive experience for all Localcoin partners
  • Strong skills in listening, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging with individuals via phone, in-person, or other communication channels
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development, strategic partnership, and fundraising plans across Klein Labs’ business lines, driving revenue growth, partnership conversion, and capital introduction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with exchanges, projects, DAOs, market makers, funds, family offices, HNWIs, and other key ecosystem participants.
Design and implement partnership models across market-making, OTC, treasury, ventures, and fund-related business lines to improve conversion efficiency and long-term value creation.
