About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated specialist to join our team as a CIS Crypto Affiliate Development Specialist.

In this role, the candidate will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate network within the CIS region.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Knowledge: Utilize in-depth understanding of the CIS region's crypto industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players, to drive informed business decisions.

• Affiliate Recruitment: Actively seek out and attract new affiliates, such as crypto enthusiasts, influencers, and educational institutions in the crypto space, fostering strategic partnerships for network enhancement.

• Results-Driven Approach: Develop strategies to achieve measurable results, focusing on increasing trading volume, acquiring new users, and enhancing active transactions through affiliate channels.

• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with affiliates, catering to their needs and aligning strategies to support mutual growth.

• Partnership Expansion: Engage in meetings with partners to explore opportunities for cooperation expansion and strengthen existing relationships both locally and internationally.

• Collaboration with Product Team: Work closely with the product team to provide market insights for optimizing product offerings and attracting qualified users.

• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed on competitors' advantages and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to refine strategies, maintain competitiveness, and capitalize on market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Fluent in English and Russian

• Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto industry, specifically in the CIS region

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data for strategic decision-making

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on surpassing targets

• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market dynamics and regulations in the CIS region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating across time zones and with cross-cultural teams

• Bonus if prior experience at a crypto exchange
