AI Data Product Manager

Our Product Management team spearheads product initiatives from conception to launch, spanning our global operations. We work closely with various teams such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and more to deliver exceptional products and features.

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of an AI Data Product Manager within our Product Data & Insights team. This position will entail leading the enhancement and development of customer-facing data products on our platforms. The main focus will be on providing real-time trading insights, data feeds, and AI-driven features that enhance user trading experiences and decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of generative AI technologies, market data infrastructure, and have the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, AI Innovation Labs, Product, and Design teams. While experience in crypto trading ecosystems is a bonus, it is not mandatory.

This role presents a unique opportunity to shape cutting-edge data products at the convergence of artificial intelligence and Web3 technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing data products, emphasizing trading data insights and AI-driven services.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Product, to deliver top-quality, scalable data products.
• Translate intricate technical functionalities into user-centric product requirements and intuitive experiences.
• Work closely with AI/ML teams to incorporate generative AI models into product features, ensuring outputs meet quality, relevance, and latency standards.
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to steer continuous improvements.
• Ensure conformity to best practices in reliability, scalability, and security for all data products.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience, preferably in environments related to AI, fintech, trading, or data platforms.
• Profound comprehension of generative AI model basics, including prompt engineering, model limitations, and deployment considerations.
• Familiarity with market data APIs, trading systems, and architectures for real-time data delivery.
• Strong product acumen with a focus on user-centric design and the ability to simplify complex technical solutions into impactful user experiences.
• Proficient in managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives from concept to launch with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in delivering customer-facing products driven by AI technologies is advantageous.
• Knowledge of crypto trading ecosystems is beneficial but not obligatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus.
