Description
The Finance and Accounting team encompasses various functions including Financial Control, Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Working together, the team oversees global finance initiatives with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking across diverse project scopes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Treasury team
- Coordinate the implementation of new bank structures, services, and control processes
- Assist in optimizing capital structure by conducting simulations for senior management
- Manage bank accounts, including Bank Relationship Management and negotiating bank facilities
- Aid in cash forecasting and global cash management processes, including short-term funding strategies and executing foreign exchange transactions
- Contribute to designing automated systems and processes for supporting fiat and digital assets processes
- Assist in liquidity forecasting and continually monitor liquidity
- Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to enhance and streamline funding, FX, and digital assets positions
- Integrate risk and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks effectively; escalate issues as appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance, accounting, business, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of Treasury experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
- Proficiency in V-Lookup, Tableau, and SQL (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and capable of working under pressure
- Strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and propose solutions for complex situations
- Familiarity with digital assets considered an advantage
