About The Role
Immutable is on the lookout for a B2B Growth Lead to drive innovative products connecting game studios with players in novel ways. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, defining and implementing scalable growth strategies, exploring new offerings, and fostering enduring partnerships to nurture studio growth on Immutable. Collaborating closely with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams, you will pioneer initiatives that yield tangible results for partners, positioning yourself at the forefront of shaping the gaming landscape.
You'll Be Empowered To
- Formulate a B2B Growth Product strategy to expedite growth across existing and forthcoming products, such as KOLs, Twitch, and Kick
- Cultivate robust relationships with creators, partners, and agencies
- Collaborate with internal teams to innovate, test, and introduce new growth products
- Oversee programs from inception to execution, monitoring and refining for enhanced performance
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize programs for maximum impact

- 1-3 years of experience in consulting or high-growth environments with a penchant for agile learning
- Proficiency in designing relationship-focused programs like creator, community, or partnership initiatives
- Strong relationship-building skills with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Aptitude for leveraging analytical tools to measure and enhance program performance
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities for delivering scalable programs
- Innovative and entrepreneurial outlook with a talent for identifying opportunities and piloting new strategies
