THE ROLE
Localcoin aims to revolutionize the future of digital currency as the largest cryptocurrency kiosk network in Canada. Our priority is to offer top-notch support to our customers. We are on a mission to cultivate a customer-centric culture and are seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who shares our vision to join our team.
As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you will handle inbound calls, online chat, and email communications with both new and existing customers. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, guidance, coaching, and support in English and French. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will collaborate with the Customer Support team and act as a bridge between various departments to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide exemplary customer support per company protocols
- Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat
- Act as the primary contact for French-speaking customers
- Offer detailed product information to customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs
- Resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in onboarding new customers to Localcoin services
- Drive initiatives to enhance processes with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Contribute to creating and updating internal and customer-oriented support materials
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Fluency in English and French (verbal and written)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage escalated customer service requests
- Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient multitasker
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk, and live chat platforms
- Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
