About Binance Accelerator Program:
The Binance Accelerator Program is a structured initiative tailored for Early Career Talent to immerse themselves in the rapidly expanding Web3 landscape. Joining this program offers a firsthand experience of the inner workings of Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem. Additionally, the program focuses on fostering networking opportunities and skill development, facilitating career advancement. Current undergraduate/graduate students and recent graduates are eligible to apply for this program.
Responsibilities:
- Aid the team in supporting the global Compliance Risk Management Program through assisting in data collection, documentation, and basic analysis tasks.
- Contribute to the annual Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) process by managing project progress and handling information gathering.
- Collaborate with Business Unit Compliance teams in documenting risk assessments and control inventories.
- Update and maintain compliance control documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Take part in horizon scanning activities with key stakeholders.
- Prepare management information (MI) reports and basic compliance risk metrics for insights.
- Provide project management support for the regulatory mapping roadmap.
- Assist in compiling AI projects, translating them into BRDs where applicable.
- Execute various administrative and coordination tasks to support the Compliance Risk Management team.
Requirements:
- Enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Finance, Business, Law, Risk Management, or related fields.
- Strong interest in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication abilities and a collaborative work approach.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
