About the Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship initiative to provide Early Career individuals with firsthand exposure to the dynamic digital assets landscape. Participants will have the chance to hone their skills within Binance and gain insight into working within a premier blockchain ecosystem. The BAP not only offers networking opportunities but also facilitates professional development, enabling interns to widen their professional connections and cultivate valuable skills to advance their careers.

Eligibility:

The internship program is open tourrent university students and recent graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conceptualizing and executing international marketing campaigns to drive various business objectives such as user acquisition, activation, trading growth, and retention.
• Collaborate in designing campaign frameworks, task structures, reward mechanisms, user journeys, and configurations for successful campaign launches.
• Support end-to-end campaign operations encompassing set-up, UAT testing, validating campaign pages, distributing rewards, monitoring performance, and mitigating operational challenges to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency by upholding campaign SOPs, operational documentation, and promoting best practices, while continuously refining campaign workflows and processes.
• Track and analyze campaign performance by generating daily, weekly, and post-campaign reports, evaluating key metrics like participant numbers, conversion rates, trading volumes, ROI, and other growth indicators to assess effectiveness and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Evaluate user behavior and performance data across various regions, channels, user segments, and reward schemes to identify trends, growth opportunities, and offer data-driven recommendations for enhancing future campaign performance.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with all major backgrounds being welcome, though preference is given to candidates with Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Engaged interest in digital marketing, growth strategies, campaign operations, or the Web3 industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and execution abilities adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in English to liaise with global partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data organization, analysis, and reporting purposes.
• Adept at data analysis with the ability to identify trends, extract insights, and offer data-informed recommendations.
• Previous internship exposure or project experience in campaign operations, marketing, internet products, or data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is desirable.
• Experience using collaborative platforms like Jira, Confluence, or Notion would be beneficial.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the Web3 ecosystem is preferred.
