About Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship initiative tailored for early-career individuals aiming to gain valuable experience within the rapidly expanding digital assets industry. Interns in this program will have the opportunity to refine their skills at Binance, acquiring insights into working at the forefront of the blockchain ecosystem. Moreover, participants will benefit from networking opportunities and professional development, fostering their career advancement.

Eligibility:

This program welcomes applications from current university students and recent grads.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Earn Regulatory team with daily compliance project management and product operations spanning multiple areas such as Simple Earn, Staking, On-Chain Yields, and Loans among other related products.

• Ensure comprehensive oversight on regulatory project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, monitoring milestones, sign-offs, and confirmation deadlines across various jurisdictions.

• Create and maintain essential documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), compliance trackers, meeting summaries, and status reports to address ongoing regulatory needs and product enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Product, Engineering, and regional compliance teams to uphold compliance standards within Binance Earn.

• Stay informed about regulatory developments and product configuration changes across markets, proactively flagging risks and potential issues to the team.

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned regulatory workstreams, ensuring accountability for tasks, documenting decisions, and following up on outstanding deliverables.

• Support regulatory reviews of product configurations by consolidating requirements and evidence from various team members, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records of regulatory decisions, approvals, and remediation actions pertaining to different jurisdictions.

• Assist in overlapping regulatory and growth initiatives within the Earn Growth agenda, ensuring compliance requirements are systematically integrated into execution strategies.

• Provide assistance with ad-hoc regulatory analysis, data requests, and presentation material preparation for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in internships or entry-level roles.

• Demonstrated interest in crypto, DeFi, and Web3 regulation with a proactive approach to staying informed about regulatory and industry developments.

• Strong familiarity or readiness to learn crypto regulatory frameworks across key jurisdictions.

• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with logical thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively in a global setting.

• Self-sufficient working style with the capacity to take ownership of tasks and ensure completion.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling changing regulatory requirements and business needs.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is necessary to collaborate with international partners and stakeholders.

• Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement.
