Responsibilities

- Develop and execute market growth strategies in the LatAm region.
- Analyze users' trading volume and behavior to generate comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last two years.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, persistence, and strong drive.
- Exceptional communication and reporting abilities in English and Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus).
- Adaptability in complex situations and adeptness at performing under pressure.
- Exhibit a passion for cryptocurrency.
- Prior experience in account management preferred, with a history of maintaining solid client relationships.
- Background in sales, banking, or financial services is advantageous.
