About Binance Accelerator Program:

The Binance Accelerator Program is a structured limited-time initiative tailored for Early Career Talent looking to immerse themselves in the rapidly evolving Web3 sector. Participants will gain insight into the inner workings of Binance, a leading blockchain ecosystem globally, fostering networking opportunities and skills development crucial for career progression.

Eligibility:

This program is open to current university students and recent graduates able to dedicate a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the development and upkeep of the company's core products.
• Manage and execute the business module's interface documentation.
• Demonstrate adept troubleshooting skills to resolve issues outlined by the QA team.
• Support the Customer Service team in issue resolution and categorization for system enhancements.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in a computer-related field at the bachelor level or higher.
• Display a strong Java foundation and comprehension of fundamental frameworks like multithreading and networking.
• Proficiency in the Spring micro-service framework and understanding of its operational mechanisms.
• Familiarity with MySQL database and at least one NoSQL database.
• Knowledge of common middleware tools such as Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
• Exhibit strong logical thinking skills, teamwork orientation, and aptitude for quick learning.
• Effective communication skills, with fluency in English essential for liaising with international partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Preference for experience in web3 projects.
