This renewable 6-month opportunity empowers you to drive impactful educational initiatives, organize significant events, and collect essential user feedback to bolster Binance's presence within the market and local communities.

Within this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a minimum of 3 offline events each month, predominantly in Tier-2 cities in the region. This involves meticulous planning, execution, and coordination of these meet-ups to enhance engagement and increase brand visibility. You will also drive the growth of Telegram channels by encouraging event attendees to join, as well as introduce the affiliate program to attract new partners at these events. Efficient management of event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site event supervision, is also crucial. Additionally, collecting feedback from community members in cities where meet-ups are held is a vital aspect of this role.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will include organizing a minimum of 3 campus workshops each month by forging partnerships with universities and educational institutions to conduct insightful workshops and seminars for students and other participants.

Ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and industry trends, an affinity for crypto culture, and a passion for engaging with people. Moreover, prior experience in initiating community ventures (e.g., developing online forums, launching ambassador programs, hosting event series) is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills, the ability to adapt strategies in collaboration with the team, and a proven track record in partnership development are highly valued qualities in potential candidates.
