Blockchain Security Technical Support Engineer

The team upholds industry standards and boasts certifications including ISO27001, ISO27701, ISO22301, PCI:DSS 3.2.1 (Level 1), NIST Tier 4, SOC 2 Type II, and the MPI License from Singapore MAS.

In addition to qualifications, our Security Team values practical experience, quick thinking, and continuous learning to navigate the ever-evolving challenges within the crypto industry. This enables them to preempt potential threats and safeguard our user base effectively.

We are seeking an individual passionate about Web3 and blockchain technology, with hands-on experience in writing smart contracts and ideally staking on various blockchain networks. The ideal candidate will be a blockchain expert within the organization and expected to research and understand new blockchains as they emerge frequently in the industry.

The role requires a strong understanding of practical blockchain applications, focusing on smart contracts, staking, and supporting blockchain ecosystems. Initially centered around the Solana ecosystem, the responsibilities will later extend to include others like Cronos/Cronos zkEVM.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and deploying/maintaining/monitoring smart contracts on Solana/EVM
• Developing in-depth knowledge of supported blockchains and researching new blockchain additions
• Keeping abreast of software updates and other significant blockchain developments
• Communicating blockchain/DApps knowledge effectively to internal teams
• Troubleshooting blockchain-specific alerts and issues

Requirements:

• Proficient in client service within high-pressure environments
• Experience supporting applications in a 24/7 setting
• Sound knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, protocols, and DApps
• Hands-on experience in running blockchain nodes, writing smart contracts, staking, governance, and bridges
• Familiarity with programming languages like Rust, Solidity, Javascript, Node.js, and Python
• Task ownership of technical documentation
• Attentive to detail with an analytical mindset
• Adaptive to varying work conditions
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
