Job Overview: We are in search of a talented and adaptable Brand Graphic Designer to support our marketing visuals across various channels. This role entails creating captivating graphics for blog posts, social media content, digital ads, email campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in Figma, Canva, and have a basic understanding of 3D design tools, allowing them to produce visually engaging assets that align with the brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics for marketing initiatives including blog images, social media content, banner ads, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets in accordance with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create visual elements for email marketing, landing pages, and website content.
• Enhance storytelling through motion graphics or 3D visuals for social media and advertising.
• Adapt designs for various social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok to optimize reach.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
• Keep up with current design trends and marketing practices to ensure fresh and captivating designs.
• Assist in refining brand identity and visual guidelines to align with Decentraland's evolving narrative.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Figma for collaborative design and creating UI mockups.
• Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite for image design, post-production, and animation.
• Understanding of marketing principles to produce designs that support campaign goals effectively.
• Ability to adapt to evolving brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools like Blender or Cinema 4D for basic 3D models and visual effects.
• Motion graphics experience is a bonus, especially for video ads and social media content.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Background in tech, gaming, or blockchain-related industries is advantageous.
• A portfolio showcasing creative prowess and versatility in visual styles.
