Established by former members of Jump Trading, our team specializes in solving complex distributed systems engineering challenges and optimizing for low-latency, creating innovative open-source code to develop a high-performance, reliable system of great value.

Job Role Overview

We are in search of a Business Development Associate to drive strategic market development and cultivate new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in the early and middle stages of the business development process, optimizing and executing inbound/outbound lead strategies. The key focus involves identifying potential opportunities within the industry and establishing strong relationships with projects interested in utilizing the Monad blockchain.

The role is crucial for the success of Monad as it will be essential in shaping the ecosystem's landscape across apps and infrastructure.

A major part of our team is based in NYC, collaborating three days per week. We are open to considering remote candidates, with a preference for those located in NYC.

Compensation and Benefits

You will be offered a minimum full-time salary of $95,000. Other benefits at Monad Labs include generous paid time off, insurance coverage, office equipment stipend, wellness/fitness allowance, and observance of ten company holidays.
