Job Role Overview

We are in search of a Business Development Associate to drive strategic market development and cultivate new business opportunities. This role plays a key part in the early and middle stages of the business development process, optimizing and executing inbound/outbound lead strategies. The key focus involves identifying potential opportunities within the industry and establishing strong relationships with projects interested in utilizing the Monad blockchain.

The role is crucial for the success of Monad as it will be essential in shaping the ecosystem's landscape across apps and infrastructure.

A major part of our team is based in NYC, collaborating three days per week. We are open to considering remote candidates, with a preference for those located in NYC.

Compensation and Benefits
