As the incumbent reports to the VP, Business Development, Americas, the primary responsibilities entail validation, incubation, and commercialization of critical product and segment enablers:
- Spearhead new product and/or Business Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies spanning product pillars.
- Originate and oversee a cluster of strategic opportunities, propel partnership momentum, and craft and execute comprehensive GTM blueprints for pivotal initiatives.
- Validate novel product concepts, use cases, and gauge product-market fit by actively engaging with partners, old and new, and extracting market insights.
- Make decisive Go/No-go calls on pushing ahead with development.
- Secure inaugural partners for product incubation, negotiate and execute bilateral agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Refine business models incorporating financial aspects and monetization strategies.
- Transition initiatives to a market-ready status through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Over 12 years of involvement in business development, product partnerships, or product functions within a fintech or related financial services sector, preferably in Crypto or payments.
- Experience in steering cross-functional teams towards alignment through a calculated, data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with technical resources and contribute to developing solutions for partner projects.
- Proven track record in negotiating high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience.
- A strategic outlook enabling formulation of clear hypotheses on product-market fit and a go-to-market strategy.
- Strong pipeline management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively to maximize business expansion.
- Proficient in written and presentation skills in English.
- Enthusiasm for contributing to early-stage projects, improving organizational processes, and thriving in a fast-paced atmosphere while aiding partners and customers succeed.

Generous compensation packages at Circle are fashioned considering diverse factors, including relevant expertise, skill set, qualifications, and business requisites specific to each role.
Base Pay Range: $195,000 - $252,500
Annual Bonus Target: 20%
