Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the VP, Business Development, Americas, the incumbent will be accountable for the validation, incubation, and commercialization of critical product and segment initiatives:
- Spearhead new product and/or Business Go-To-Market strategies across product pillars
- Identify and oversee a portfolio of strategic opportunities, propel partnership momentum, and devise and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for flagship initiatives
- Validate fresh product concepts, use cases, and evaluate product market adaptability through active collaboration with new and existing partners, as well as gathering market feedback.
- Make crucial leadership decisions on advancement with a Go/No Go approach.
- Secure strategic first-of-its-kind partner(s) for product incubation, stipulate and execute bilateral agreements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
- Enhance the business model encompassing economics and monetization strategies
- Matriculate initiatives to readiness for the market through seamless cross-functional operation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or product management within fintech or financial services, with a preference for Crypto or payment industry background.
- Proficiency in aligning cross-functional teams with a meticulous, data-driven methodology
- Capable of working in tandem with technical resources and contributing to solution development for partner solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating and securing high-impact strategic agreements with a C-level audience.
- Ability to formulate clear hypotheses on product-market fit and devise effective Go-To-Market strategies
- Exceptional pipeline management skills and adept at prioritizing extensive initiatives to optimize business growth
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English

- Initial compensation range: $195,000 - $252,500
