Responsibilities:
You will report to the VP of Business Development, Americas, overseeing the validation, incubation, and commercialization of essential product and segment initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading new product launches and GTM strategies across product categories
- Managing a portfolio of strategic opportunities, fostering partnerships, and executing comprehensive GTM plans
- Validating product ideas and ensuring market fit through partner engagement and feedback collection
- Making critical decisions on moving developments forward
- Securing first-of-a-kind partnerships for product incubation and executing agreements
- Refining business models and monetization plans, progressing initiatives towards market readiness through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:
To excel at Circle, you should possess:
- 12+ years of experience in business development, fintech, or financial services, preferably in crypto or payments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive data-driven solutions
- Expertise in negotiating high-impact strategic deals with C-level stakeholders
- Strategic thinking skills to assess product-market fit and plan go-to-market strategies
- Strong pipeline management and prioritization abilities
- Exceptional written and presentation skills in English; a proactive and process-improvement mindset
