Chainlink Labs is in search of an experienced and strategic Business Development Executive to lead the company's endeavors in the fast-evolving asset management/buy-side sector. In this key position, you will identify high-impact use cases where Chainlink's advanced decentralized data oracles, Intraday NAV, Proof of Reserve, and Fund Tokenization services can provide significant value to key asset management institutions.
Reporting directly to the Head of Capital Markets, you will collaborate closely with Chainlink's product, solutions, and implementation teams to smoothly integrate the company's innovative blockchain-based solutions into client systems and workflows. Utilizing your extensive industry knowledge and robust connections, you will negotiate favorable commercial agreements and create comprehensive onboarding and support programs to drive widespread adoption of Chainlink's offerings within the buy-side community.

Objectives of this Role:
- Play a critical role in Chainlink Labs's efforts in the asset management/buy-side sector by identifying impactful use cases for the company's advanced services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly integrate blockchain-based solutions into client systems and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Drive widespread adoption of Chainlink's offerings within the asset management industry.
Requirements:
- Have 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within financial services.
- Proven success in negotiating and closing commercial agreements with institutional investment sector consumers.
- Strong expertise in asset tokenization, blockchain technology, DeFi, and the digital financial market landscape.
- Excellent communication skills to convey Chainlink's value proposition effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs.
- Proficient in project management and handling multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in asset management firms, investment banks, or financial market infrastructures.
- Technical background or understanding of blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations in the buy-side financial services sector.
