Overview

They have introduced an innovative food business platform that facilitates experimentation and sustains operations. In the role of Business Development Executive, you will spearhead sales initiatives to position the client as a premier dark kitchen provider. Your responsibilities will span the entire sales process, from conducting product demonstrations to finalizing deals. Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial process, encompassing tasks such as conducting site tours and closing deals from inbound leads.
- Drive outbound interest through strategic inside and outside sales tactics.
- Maintain precise and updated CRM records on potential sales leads, along with notes reflecting the most recent status.
- Possess a good understanding of the company's value propositions to effectively communicate and address inquiries.
- Conduct a high volume of daily site tours, follow-up communications across various channels, and other pertinent meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to facilitate lead generation and deal closure.
Requirements
- Preferably possess 1+ years of experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Solid grasp of the complete sales process, from prospecting to closing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit ambition, curiosity, and adaptability to a continually evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and English languages.
- Previous experience or knowledge within sectors such as hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or technology would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools.
