This role entails overseeing the entire sales process, from product showcases to finalizing deals. Responsibilities
- Manage the sales cycle by conducting site tours and closing deals for inbound leads.
- Drive outbound interest through strategic inside and outside sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate CRM records on potential sales prospects and update them regularly.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company's value propositions and effectively address inquiries.
- Conduct multiple daily site tours, engage in follow-up communications via various platforms, and attend meetings.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Representative team and Sales Manager to secure leads and finalize agreements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development or Account Management.
- Proficiency in the complete sales process, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ambition, curiosity, and adaptability to a fast-evolving environment.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English.
- Previous experience or knowledge in industries such as hospitality, real estate, eCommerce, food delivery, F&B, or tech is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and G Suite tools.
