The institutional sales team offers an exciting opportunity to grow and cultivate institutional/high-net-worth clients. You will be involved in the entire process, from onboarding clients to their first crypto instrument, to tailoring unique crypto products for clients. If you are part of the operations team, your role will span various areas, working closely with sales traders, account managers, sales managers, and contributing to the expansion of our infrastructure.

About the Role

We are currently looking for a Partnerships Business Development Manager to fuel growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with essential Affiliates, VIP clients, and Brokers. This role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence within these key segments, ensuring sustainable success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions customized to meet the needs of high-value customers.

Each deal you close, whether launching inventive affiliate initiatives or developing bespoke programs for brokers, will play a crucial role in enhancing [Company]'s position in the market.

Your role will be centered around creativity, whether devising new incentives for VIP clients or collaborating with internal teams to innovate and introduce previously unseen products for your partners. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships with media and Affiliates to attract first-time depositors and trades.
  • Develop new alliances with Brokers and enhance [Company]'s broker program while nurturing relationships with existing brokers.
  • Identify and engage VIP clients.
  • Maintain relationships and performance with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Provide excellent customer service and issue resolution to Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs, collaborating with internal teams and offering improvement suggestions.
  • Stay informed on social media trends and in the blockchain influencer community.
  • Represent [Company] at conferences, engage with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIPs to increase product and service awareness.
  • Conduct community outreach activities and attend crypto events to broaden [Company]'s institutional footprint.
  • Research market and competitor trends in the crypto space.
  • Draft and finalize client or partnership agreements.
  • Keep in touch with Affiliates, Brokers, and VIP clients, gather and track feedback, and propose product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Crypto or Blockchain within local markets, with established relations or knowledge of influential figures in the local ecosystem.
  • Established network of clients within Affiliates, KOLs, VIPs, and Brokers.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, web3, or blockchain.
  • 2+ years of experience selling financial products.
  • Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Institutional Sales Position.
  • Demonstrated track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing client or partner relationships and drafting agreements.
  • Excellent proficiency in professional written and oral English.

Salary Range

€80,000 - €100,000 annually
