Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate financial plans and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes for the organization.
- Develop monthly internal and external reports, analyze metrics, and identify variances for informed decision-making.
- Drive business development initiatives in alignment with financial plans to enhance profitability and revenue.
- Adjust financial plans based on evolving business strategies and needs.
- Supervise profit & loss statements, cash flow, and balance sheets to ensure financial stability.

Qualifications:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field OR over 2 years of prior experience in business finance or analysis roles with proficiency in accounting software/ERP systems such as Quickbooks, Xero, SAP, or Netsuite.

- Effective communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
