The Role

Client Services Specialists at sFOX act as the main point of contact for customers and play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding customer service. They bridge the gap between Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams, maintaining a customer-centric approach that upholds the company's exceptional reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone and various communication channels by promptly addressing client requests and anticipating their needs
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing problems and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Interact with clients directly to detect potential fraudulent activities and complete thorough customer onboarding processes
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments to address customer inquiries promptly
  • Utilize available resources to interpret and resolve customer queries accurately
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging calls with professionalism

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience through phone, email, and chat platforms
  • Proficient time management skills to address client inquiries promptly and effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Solid organizational and problems-solving capabilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel
