Customer Service Representative (English)

Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tickets and provide 24/7 online enquiry services to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools.
- Assist other business units with customer communication, document customer interactions, and provide feedback.
- Address customer complaints, special cases, and additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, particularly in finance or e-commerce.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, proactiveness, and attention to detail.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Ability to work well under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a drive to exceed expectations.
- Passionate about customer service, willing to work varying shifts, including nights.
- Positive attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry.
- Personal or professional familiarity with cryptocurrencies.
- Proficient in the English language.
