Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in a finance-related field
  • Previous customer support experience in e-commerce or financial sectors is essential
  • Proficiency in customer service operations, strong problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach
  • Knowledge or experience with financial derivative products is advantageous
  • Flexibility to work weekends, irregular hours, and night shifts as needed
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with global partners and customers
