Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage customer inquiries regarding financial derivatives, maintaining relationships with regular customers
- Address and resolve customer complaints, generating and documenting analysis reports
- Enhance customer complaint processes to elevate service quality
- Handle unforeseen emergencies promptly and efficiently
- Execute miscellaneous tasks and reports delegated by shift leader or managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in a finance-related field
- Previous experience in customer support within an e-commerce or financial setting is essential
- Proficient English communication skills; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Knowledge of customer service operations and business procedures, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
