Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume live chat interactions and other online channels
- Provide precise, relevant, and detailed information to users

- Efficiently address complaints, offer appropriate solutions within given timeframes, and ensure resolutions are secured

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or E-commerce
- College degree or higher education qualification
- Must be a native French speaker with advanced proficiency in English to support users effectively
- Previous experience in cross-functional support would be beneficial
- Strong integrity, proactive nature, responsible attitude, and team-oriented spirit
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and constantly strive to exceed expectations
