We are currently looking for individuals to join our Customer Service team, where delivering exceptional support to our users is our top priority. In this role, you will engage with clients through live chat and other online channels to ensure they receive prompt, accurate, and comprehensive assistance. You will handle customer queries, complaints, and identification processes on our cutting-edge cryptocurrency exchange platform. We are seeking individuals who are empathetic, great communicators, and adept problem solvers to advocate for our customers and collect valuable feedback, striving to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume live chat interactions and other online channels
  • Provide precise, relevant, and detailed information to users
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Assist other departments with client interactions and document customer requests accurately
  • Efficiently address complaints, offer appropriate solutions within given timeframes, and ensure resolutions are secured
  • Demonstrate a commitment to engaging customers proactively

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in finance or E-commerce
  • College degree or higher education qualification
  • Must be a native French speaker with advanced proficiency in English to support users effectively
  • Previous experience in cross-functional support would be beneficial
  • Strong integrity, proactive nature, responsible attitude, and team-oriented spirit
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, possess strong communication skills, and constantly strive to exceed expectations
  • Enthusiasm for customer service and willingness to work varying shifts
  • Positive outlook on the crypto industry
