Customer Service Representative (German)
Binance, a prominent global blockchain ecosystem, is in need of experienced individuals to join as Customer Support representatives to help establish and broaden our customer support operations.
Customer Support is a key focus for us, striving to provide users with top-notch support characterized by high quality, swift response times, and accurate information. Support channels will include live chat and phone interactions, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and identification verification related to our premier cryptocurrency exchange platform.
The ideal Customer Service Representatives exhibit a genuine desire to assist customers, displaying tolerance, empathy, and strong communication skills. They should have the ability to empathize with clients' needs and advocate for them as required. Moreover, they are skilled at collecting valuable customer feedback and adept at problem-solving, even when faced with challenges outside their expertise.
The primary objective is to maintain exceptional service standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of live chat and phone calls
- Assess and address customers’ needs to provide satisfaction
- Furnish accurate, valid, and comprehensive information
- Manage complaints effectively, presenting suitable resolutions and options within specified timeframes, with consistent follow-up for resolution
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Demonstrate willingness to go above and beyond to engage customers
Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in English and German languages
- Availability to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts
- Ability to use IT tools effectively for professional purposes, handling somewhat technical customer queries
- Proficiency in written communication and active listening
- Strong multitasking skills, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is advantageous
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
