Responsibilities
- Serve as the forefront in the P2P market, professionally resolving customer disputes within a team.
- Analyze trading activities to maintain a secure marketplace and deter fraudulent behavior.
- Establish procedures and a culture that align with business objectives concerning customer service.
- Identify product enhancements using Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics, presenting them to stakeholders and colleagues.
- Advocate for customers throughout the organization.
- Offer feedback and coaching to promote employee development and growth.
- Conduct continuous customer and complainant surveys for up-to-date insights on the business's customer experience.
- Share lessons learned from complaints internally and with relevant parties.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer-facing or customer service representative experience.
- Proficient in utilizing IT for professional purposes and handling technical customer queries.
- Strong written communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
- Proficiency in English and other languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic).
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and P2P payments is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, while multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Availability for weekend work, irregular hours, and night shifts.
- Preference given to Binance P2P platform users.
