Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact within the P2P market to address customer disputes professionally.
  • Conduct investigations into trading activities and implement necessary measures to maintain marketplace security and prevent fraudulent practices.
  • Establish a conducive culture and implement processes that align with business objectives related to customer service.
  • Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify areas for product enhancement and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the organization, conveying their feedback and needs.
  • Offer feedback through personalized development plans, coaching sessions, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee continuous customer and complainant surveys to gather updated information on customer experiences throughout all business segments.
  • Share insights gained from complaints with internal teams, contractors, partners, and, if appropriate, the public.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience or customer service representative role.
  • Proficiency in using IT tools for professional purposes and handling technical queries from customers.
  • Excellent written communication skills and active listening abilities.
  • Fluency in English is essential for collaborating with overseas partners; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and P2P payments is advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends, irregular hours, including night shifts.
  • Preferably a Binance P2P user.
