Customer Service Representative - P2P (APAC)

Your role will involve addressing customer queries, complaints, and managing identification approval processes on our cryptocurrency exchange platform through ticketing systems and live chat. Responsibilities
- Professionally arbitrate customer disputes as part of the P2P market frontline team
- Investigate and take necessary actions to maintain a safe marketplace and prevent fraudulent activities related to trading
- Establish a culture and processes that align with business goals, with the aim of delivering exceptional customer service
- Utilize Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to propose product enhancements and share with stakeholders
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer within the organization
- Provide feedback through 1:1s, personal development plans, coaching, and development opportunities
- Conduct continuous customer and complainant surveys to gather real-time data on customer experience
- Share insights gained from complaints with relevant stakeholders and partners
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience or as a customer service representative
- Proficiency in utilizing IT applications for professional use and handling technical queries
- Strong written communication skills and active listening capabilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is advantageous
- Fluency in English is required, while multilingual proficiency is a bonus
- Openness to working weekends, varied hours, and night shifts
- Preference for candidates who are Binance P2P users
